Cancelling and Rescheduling Your Party
Life happens! If you need to cancel, please note that all cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to justperfectparties@icloud.com. Here’s how cancellations and rescheduling work:

Rescheduling:
You can reschedule your party to any date within one year by notifying us within 14 days of cancellation. Closer to your new party date, we will contact you to confirm you still wish to proceed. This confirmation process does not apply if you reschedule your party to a date within 21 days of the date of cancellation. If we do not receive your confirmation within 21 days of this contact (when applicable), your party will be automatically cancelled and your deposit retained.

Refund Within 7 Days:
Cancel within 7 days of booking and get a refund, minus a £35 admin fee.

Deposit Non-Refundable After 7 Days:
If you cancel after 7 days and do not reschedule, the deposit is non-refundable.

Late Cancellations (less than 24 hours):
If you need to cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, please call to notify us immediately. In addition, please ensure that the cancellation is confirmed in writing via email to jpparties@icloud.com to ensure clear communication. If the entertainer has already left for your venue, a late cancellation fee of £50 will apply to cover costs. This fee may be higher depending on the entertainer’s travel distance.

No-Shows:
If your entertainer arrives at the venue and the party does not take place without prior written notification (email) from you to jpparties@icloud.com, the full outstanding balance plus reasonable costs incurred by the entertainer (loading and unloading, waiting time, fuel) will be charged.
If We Cancel
We’ll only cancel in the most extreme, unavoidable circumstances (think snowstorms or alien invasions). If we do, you’ll get a full deposit refund - but we’re not liable for any other losses.
